Walkthrough (free, no deposit)
Phone, video, or in person — the estimator SUV comes to you. We count rooms, note stairs, doorway widths, and the heavy specialty items so nothing surprises anyone on move day.

Studio apartments to five-bedroom houses. Our residential crews pad doorways before they touch a box, wrap every piece in paper and blankets, and rebuild your beds at the other end so night one is a normal night.
How this job actually runs
Phone, video, or in person — the estimator SUV comes to you. We count rooms, note stairs, doorway widths, and the heavy specialty items so nothing surprises anyone on move day.
Crew size, arrival window, hourly rate or flat rate, materials, and total — in writing before you book. That document is what your invoice has to match.
Floor runners, door jamb pads, banister wraps. Damage claims almost always come from the building, not the furniture, so the building gets protected first.
Paper sleeve, blanket pad, shrink wrap on upholstery. Loads are built in strapped tiers, heaviest low, soft goods filling voids.
Boxes land in the room on the label. Beds, tables, and cribs go back together. You get an itemized receipt, not a blank one.

What drives the price
Quote-to-invoice match. If it isn't on your written scope, it doesn't appear on your invoice. Ask Jonathan & Michael to put anything in writing — they will.

Social proof for this exact service
The Army Strong promise
Signed by Jonathan & Michael, the owners who answer the phone — not a call center reading a script.
The number you sign is the number you pay. Materials, crew size, and hours are all stated up front.
Paper, blankets, and shrink wrap on every piece of furniture — not just the ones you flag.
Crews roll at 6 AM. If we are ever running behind, you get a call before the window, not after.
If something happens, we tell you on-site, document it, and open the claim that day.
